This 90 minute workshop will focus on strengthening the gluteal muscles, hips and thighs through targeted exercises. I’ve combined 60 minutes of targeted work + 30 minutes of flexibility and mobility to strengthen your powerhouse and increase overall stability. Bands will be used and ankle weights are encouraged for extra burn. Room set to 105 degrees with a playlist to match 🔥 It’s officially peach season!
