Holiday Class Schedule
All classes this month are 45 minutes and led by certified instructors. Class styles vary from Pilates Sculpt, Pilates Cardio, Barre Fusion, and Yoga Flow. Classes are held on Zoom, with morning & evening classes available each day except Sunday Morning’s Yoga Class. To register for class, enter your package code at check-out or single drop-in. You can register for multiple classes at once.
Zoom link is sent one hour prior to class time.
Suggested equipment: light hand weights, mini loop band, ankle weights & small pilates ball.
